Those enamel coated supports are not only shiny but are rounded providing very little contact area on the the pan. Not a fault but not great design either. Better hobs have cast iron supports with flat matt surfaces.
Adding a ring reducer, designed for putting coffee pots on might help especially for small pans.

We have what is possibly an earlier version of that Beko, in that the grill & oven knobs are to the left rather than right, but basically the same.
We didn't find the supports slippery, but we did find them too widely spaced for our milk saucepan so (if we forget) it falls through the gap and tilts.
We've had it for two years, I doubt the supports are slippery any more!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

If the pans tilt or slide then the support can't be level IMO
Have you tried a spirit level on the pan support, maybe they are bent/ twisted or have a missing foot0 -
What outcome do you want?
Have you spoken to the trader at all yet?0 -

I think it's a case of you get what you pay for tbh. Having had a look at the review video on http://ao.com/product/bdvg592s-beko-gas-cooker-silver-26082-10.aspx the hob supports do look pretty lightweight and I'm not surprised that your pans would easily move about on them when knocked.0

Use the guarantee, phone Beko and tell them the pan supports are not good.
I have a Beko gas hob and have just had mine replaced under guarantee as they are very flimsy and the pans slide on them, the coating is very thin and they scratch easily.
Thank you. I am going to contact them tomorrow to see if they can possibly replace them.Keep_pedalling wrote: »Those enamel coated supports are not only shiny but are rounded providing very little contact area on the the pan. Thank you. I will definitely look into this as an option if Beko do not do anything after I contact them.0
