Ate they on the right way up? Sounds simple but I've had that 'problem' before.
Are they the correct supports for the cooker.
As suggested if you post a photo it works greatly help.0 -
Thanks to the people who posted actual suggestions and advice.
And to the previous poster re: buyers remorse... Clearly buyers remorse because you know me, right? But funnily enough I actually like the cooker minus this one issue!0 -
And the make/model of the cooker is?0

Well contact the seller then. Why are you posting on here in the first instance?0 -

Because I can. The forum is open for people to post on. I wanted some advice to see if it was even worth contacting the seller. Your replies have been unnecessary and I don't feel there is any need for you to add anything more to this thread.Moneyineptitude wrote: »I doubt any answer (or photographs) will be forthcoming.
The OP has also failed to explain why he has used the cooker for a month when it is "massively dangerous".
I continued to use the cooker as initially I thought the pans were slipping due to my own error until someone else used it and they noticed the same thing. I have been used to using an electric cooker previously so I thought I was just getting used to using a gas cooker again with pan supports.
For those that want to know, the cooker is a Beko cooker - model BDVG592S.
I conducted some research and there didn't seem to be any reviews recording the issue I've had.0 -
So we have gone fromBut whenever I put pans on the hob they slide around everywhere and is a massive danger obviouslythey sometimes tilt because the pan supports do not seem to be even
Have you tried some different pans?
a piccy of the actual pan supports would be good, but i'd of thought most pan supports are very similar in style and design0 -

Yes we have gone from sliding to tilting as both happen! !!!!!!. Talk about nitpicking. However it happens the pans do not sit steadily on the support. And yes I have tried different pans as mentioned previously.
I don't think there is any point in even responding to posters in this thread anymore as the majority of users are rude and don't take the time to actually offer any advice. If you have no advice to give - don't waste your time posting. !!!!!!.0 -

You don't help your case with personal attacks on those who have bothered to respond.0 -
Use the guarantee, phone Beko and tell them the pan supports are not good.
I have a Beko gas hob and have just had mine replaced under guarantee as they are very flimsy and the pans slide on them, the coating is very thin and they scratch easily.0
