Hi there
The tariff is definitely on your results - it just sounds like you're missing it.
Three quick options to help
1) Click on the top picks tab (Martin's face) and you'll see it
OR
2) FIlter to 'big name suppliers'
OR
3) Login via this link

I hope this helps.0 -
The company that was recommended by MSE with the most savings was BULB, based in London. BULB didn't allow the MSE link to take me to their site and switch so went via their website. Very simple to use, figures tallied with MSE figures so I switched, interestingly my monthly 'debit' is via debit card rather than bank DD, which made me a little nervous but as it was recommended by MSE I accepted this. I was nervous leaving British/Scottish gas as I have a home care agreement with them and didn't want to lose that. So rang BG and discuss my fears. They couldn't have been nicer, yes I do lose a loyalty discount but as this is only £12 per year and my savings will be approx. £240 it was a no brainer, in addition 'Ross' suggested that I look at having an excess discount of £50 per call out which will save me a further £13.00 a month. Pretty chuffed.0

Hi Sue6067
I don't want to cause you any concern - we've worked with Bulb in the past for our collectives and things went to plan - but we don't recommend it or any other supplier. This might just be a terminology point, but when you see a tariff at the top of your results, this just means that it is the cheapest option - rather than that we recommend it.0 -
Princess_Lou_Lou wrote: »I too am on the BG Feb 2017 Fix. I live in Wales, so have been awaiting notification of the possible cheaper collective fix for Scotland and Wales mentioned in last week's MSE email. Sure enough, this week's email talks of an 'EDF super-cheap duel fuel only deal'. It states that the EDF deal is the 'cheapest tariff on typical use in those regions [i.e. Scotland & Wales] after Iresa.
However, when confirming my details in the MSE Energy Club, only the Iresa deal shows. This is followed by the Scottishpower online fixed price energy June 2018 v2 tariff, which is only marginally more expensive than the Iresa deal and has better customer satisfaction feedback.
I've opted for that, given MSE's 'health warning' concerning Iresa, but am mystified as to why EDF's offering isn't showing on MSE Energy Club, given I have a Welsh postcode. Can anyone enlighten me as to how I might acces details of this deal whilst I'm still in the 14 day right to cancel period with Scottishpower? Did you click on the top picks with Martin's image on it? That should show the EDF Offer0 -
Yes, I clicked on Martin's image, plus altered my filters but it still didn't show. It could be that I'm not eligible, given I'm in mid Wales and literally less than half a mile from the border with England. The two regions showing as eligible for the EDF deal are North Wales and South Wales. I'll stick with the Scottishpower deal as it should work out to cost only a little more than I'm paying on my current tariff once the £30 cash back is factored in, plus it's fixed til June 2018, giving me a longer fixed term than most of the other current options.
Many thanks to all who've offered advice on this thread. :T0 -
I have the same problem as Princess Lou Lou.
I am on BG collective, I received the email off MSE saying "EDF Collective Switch" but I cannot see it, it's not there.
For the life of me I can't find the EDF tariff details myself to check the deal and work out if its cheaper than the ones on offer.
I'd be surprised if 8 other suppliers are cheaper than this "EDF Collective", as that would make a mockery of a collective switch wouldn't it?
Just don't get it. Have emailed MSEWebsite to ask why this is.
Can anyone who has been offered the EDF Collective advise the tariff details, what are the standard charges and unit prices for gas and electric.0 -

There's a link on post 82, that gives the tariff details you're after I think.

I am currently in the BG Collective deal finishing end of February.
Yesterday I received an email advising me that MSE had negotiated a deal which covered selected areas including mine (Cheshire) and was the EDF Simply Fixed dual fuel tariff.
I have tried to locate this deal but when I log in as usual I cannot find it, I am advised -"Sorry, the filters you've applied have filtered out the collective tariff".
I have changed all the filters and still cannot see this tariff - would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks0 -

Thanks...
EDF Collective switch much more expensive than IRESA, doesn't make sense!0 -
Thanks to MSE Cheap Energy Club we made a sizable saving byswitching from Scottish Power to EON last year.
Now our tariff's coming to an end, I checked again using the Cheap Energy Club tool and saw that our monthly bill would rise by £30 if we stayed with EON.
The cheapest switch was moving back to Scottish Power - still an increase of £10 a month on what we're paying now, but a net saving of £20 per month on what we would have paid had we stayed with EON.Big thanks to Martin Lewis for helping us start to sort out our finances!!!:A
