if she scared of men I don't think friendship will work at all...
She liked the flowers I got her & said she enjoyed the dates & thought I was sweet..
She did seem nervous at times on the dates...
I never pestered her & always wait for her to reply0 -
So I did nothing wrong then??
She started to take longer to reply last few days..
She did let me kiss her on the cheek last date...
O well will have to move on and I am sure I will find someone soon who will like me for who I am....0 -

I think you are over analysing. When internet dating it is usual to meet multiple people at once and if you don't feel it's going to work with one you move onto another.
She's been thoughtful in trying to let you down gently rather than just ghosting you which is not unusual behaviour for on line dates.
Incidentally I don't know why you make a point of mentioning that you paid for the dates. Women aren't commodities for sale and she doesn't owe you another date just because you paid for the first two.0 -
She replied using text speak in an 'emotional' email - this would be reason to dump her if she hadn't already dumped you.
You were a nice guy but just not her type, and she is being honest.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Ha ha. I thought exactly the same thing. She liked the flowers I got her & said she enjoyed the dates & thought I was sweet..missbiggles1 wrote: »Definitely not into you!
This. If she thinks you are "sweet" she is a lost cause as far as you are concerned.0 -

Very true. Kittens and puppies I might describe as "sweet". Men I want to date, never.
Sweet is what I call a guy who is trying hard but I would never fancy. And it's not necessarily about their behaviour - chemistry matters and there is either something there for you or there isn't.
If you can't handle the possibility of being rejected despite being on your best behaviour you probably should give up on dating as you can expect multiple let downs before finding someone where you are both attracted to each other.0 -

Naturally none of this is on you though. Definitely only her with the problems.
I agree with Viola. She isn't 'scared of men.' Who the fluff is 'scared of men' FGS? As I said earlier, she is just not into you.indiepanda wrote: »Very true. Kittens and puppies I might describe as "sweet". Men I want to date, never.

This ^ She thinks you are 'sweet?' This is her way of saying you're OK but she doesn't fancy you.
And I agree that you shouldn't be doing this if you can't handle rejection. And as Viola said, you can't just assume if a woman doesn't fancy you that she has something wrong with her, and it's 'her loss' anyway.
Take the hint. She isn't interested.Proud to have lost over 3 stone (45 pounds,) in the past year! :j Now a size 14!
You're not singing anymore........ You're not singing any-more!
