I am worried as the site kept crashing so now worried the booking has not gone through BUT I do have the payment confirmation...
arggh the Sun helpline number does not work until FEB 24th...
any ideas as to what i should do?

If you have payment confirmation it should be fine.
It's quite easy to accidentally opt out of email communications when you're booking (especially if doing it quickly!) and if you do that you will get the payment confirmation email but not the holiday confirmation email.
You should hear something directly from the park soon.0 -
Ok _ i am now getting worried that my booking has not gone through....
I used two different priority codes and two different email addresses.
i have just received an email saying booking has opened and "book your hos from9.50 today" to the email address i used for the one I have NOT got confirmation for....
ie they think i have not booked yet....
and the other email address which i used, and i do have confirmation - i have not had a reminder to book email today (ie they do know i have booked under that email address)

Has anyone who booked last night / today got an email this morning "book your hols from 9.50 today" or are these emails only going to email addresses who have not yet booked?
If i can work this out I will book again for the same dates as i really don;t want to miss this......0 -

We went last year.. they put is in a challet and charged us £5 for an electricity card. We stayed in the challet for 1 night and then asked to be moved as we didn't like it... it smelt funny ..really chemically and my OH woke up with a headache in morning... so asked for a caravan... which was far better and the electric was free!0 -

I don't know if it's still active but there's another number you could try on Monday

I know but that would mean i lose £62 but still save over £350... as it;s a European holiday....and similar sites are showing up at around £450 to £500 on eurocamp
arghhg there is no availability where i originally booked but there is further down the coast...

Ok thank you... my theory is wrongmaybe i do still have a booking on that priority reference number..
My dilemma is because we are already in Spain before these dates and i was trying to extend the time in Spain so ... i booked 28th Aug for 7 nights and that is confirmed and then i booked 25th-28th for a near by site to fill in the gap - but have no confirmation...
BUT what ever happens i need accommodation for those dates now as i will be there anyway ....so booking another and ending up with 2 for the same dates would mean loosing £62 but is still cheaper that paying full price...
BUT I will be a bit more patient.. and keep checking what availability is left..
Are there any ways to check if a priority code has been used?
