Its asking for a sun reference number to book it today. Anyone know what that is?

I've just booked, can't be doing with all this early hours of the morning stuff . I like the way the site works now to show you what's available out of your selections (I didn't book one last year so I don't know when it changed), so much easier. I couldn't get my first choice of Parkdean West Bay for any date, but all four of my dates were available for the other three parks we chose so happy with that. I guess not needing school hols makes it easier for us.

It's your priority code, they should have emailed you one if you've booked previously in the last 2 years

Thanks to all that post the codes. I have booked for the Easter hols. Was looking for Feb half term because OH has it booked off work but the only one available was a very basic site and Easter was available in a better site so I'm going to take the kids and let my husband sleep in peace (nightworker).

Check you spam, I made two bookings and one email went to inbox, the other went into my spam 👍🏻

Should be fine,shame the helplines not available for a while
If you don't have your confirmation email from the site concerned phone them direct to check.

If booking online you will receive your confirmation from the park operator directly within 7-10 days.

If unsuccessful, your payment will be returned by February 24, 2017. Our telephone hotline for this offer, 0344 543 9733, will open on February 24, 2017 (calls cost the same as a normal local or national landline and may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes).

I have checked spam Nothing I am worried as the site kept crashing so now worried the booking has not gone through BUT I do have the payment confirmation...

arggh the Sun helpline number does not work until FEB 24th...

any ideas as to what i should do?

Thanks essex boy, we woke up at 2am and booked 10 nights in Tuscany for the end of June £300 cheaper than if we had booked through Eurocamp!!!

Enjoy Duinrell, we've been a couple of times and it's fab

It was for Spain so should i phone Eurocamp?

eek - the terrible thing is that i am not 100% sure what park it was... i was getting a bit desperate...
