Very disappointed, no holidays to be found in Cornwall for October half term, in any of the parks, nor Torquay. First time in years I haven't booked.

Anyone booked Devon Valely in Teignmouth before? ( I know the area well )


My issue is that they charge on a electric card? I thought this would be part of the 'service' charge that I'm already paying?

If your Half Term is the same as mine(October 21st -29th then it's still available

hi just booked but wondered about the ratings on sun holidays for caravan upgrades.
i see they have comfort,comfort plus,comfort extra wide and premier was wondering how this tallies up with have ratings ? and would these have heating just in case ? we have booked comfort extra wide thanks in advance

Didn't get a £9.50 one as dates didn't fit in with our terms but I have booked a £14.50 one. I have consoled myself that it is at our first choice of park, an apartment, a mid week one and dates fit in our Easter hols. let's see how long i manage to keep it a secret from the kids!

Haven Upgrades(not my favourite subject):rotfl:

I had this problem with Haven last time the upgrade terminology was changed.
I asked by phone and also Live Chat and neither was able to give me a straight answer.
Here's what I was told

Ok we cannot compare the sun grades to ours, all we can say is that they will be the equivalent to ours by the description in the Newspapers description. As it extra width and heating upgrades.

is it a Haven site or another company?

It's all a bit pot luck Haven vans don;t tend to have heating unless it is a super dooper upgrade.

BUT what we used to do is take a little electric fan heater and use that in the bedrooms to warm them up...
