When you get your confirmation from the site it usually contains any upgrade offer that is available.
If not then call the site direct and ask if one is possible.

Couldn't get anything for August which is what I was hoping for, but managed to get my first choice park (which I've never managed to get before!) for the Easter hols. Thanks again! :T

well i did two separate bookings last night in the madness and I got a confirmation email for one of them but not for the other.....

i got a confirmation of payment for them both....

Not sure what to do about that?
