Normally, it's 3d Wednesday in January but not 100% sure.

It was 13th January 2016 - 2nd Wed in January (3rd after Christmas).


In previous years it was 15th in 2014 and 14th in 2015.


Set your alarm for early on 11th!!

14 Jan 2009 3rd week - counting 1st week which has three January dates
20 Jan 2010 3rd week - not counting 1st week which has two January dates

But it could be as early as 11 Jan. Best to check if the website crashes at midnight on the 10th

A member of management told me that the best way to work it out is the 3rd Wed after Christmas Day as they did change the pattern as you said.
I think if we look at the dates -
15 Jan 2014 was 3rd after Christmas
14 Jan 2015 was 3rd after Christmas
13 Jan 2016 was 3rd after Christmas


So 11 Jan 2017 will be 3rd Wed after Christmas.


Best thing will be to assume it's the 11th so you don't miss out. Snooze you lose!


Looking at the website there isn't much left in the gift sets (No7, Champneys, Sanctuary, Soap & Glory, Jack Wills were the ones I was looking at).


Been in a few stores yesterday & today and again - not much left. Unlike last year when there was a Soap & Glory Star Gift mountain. My friend who works in a distribution warehouse said it wasn't very popular last year hence not as much stock available this year.


Let's just wait and see!!!

18 Jan 2012 (Sun - 4th Wednesday after Christmas)

15 Jan 2014 (Wed - 3rd Wednesday after Christmas) 5am live online
14 Jan 2015 (thurs - 3th Wednesday after Christmas) 3.55am live online

So based on that it would be 18th, but I'm not ruling out 11th until I check the website at midnight

Local stores have a lot of the star gifts in but not a lot else, but they do move stock around for the sale so I'll not know for definite until nearer the time (I checked out the store the afternoon before last year and they put more stock out on the day).
