yes as TNC are BPA members and acting as back office (NTK) they should have used v888/3

you inferv that the DVLA have only stated one incident of data capture , and yet you state 4 tickes as far back as 2014

can you confirm that you left the dates on the DVLA enquiry wide enough to pick up on the 2014 incidents? ,

autosec was using his personal ICO registration Number Z3345351 which ran from oct 12 to oct 17 , but for some wierd reason was terminated on 1st oct 2016 then a new aplication number ZA210850 was granted in the name of Auto Security Ltd on 12th oct 2016

Today I received a letter from the DVLA telling me it was TNC that requested my data on 20.10.16 for one parking charge dated 9.1.15. One application was made on form V888/2. I have received 4 alleged parking charges so shouldn't they have made 4 applications?

Complain to David Dunford at the DVLA if you asked the DVLA to check back including 2014 and found only one DVLA data check was made, not 4.

Also ask them whether AutoSec were AOS members throughout (give them all parking event dates), if not, on what basis did they pass your data to TNC?

Yes I covered all bases while I was registered keeper of the car between 27/2/2014 to 27/7/15 no requests were made . TNC requested them using form v888/2 on the 20/10/2016 for a charge dated 09/01/15. The registration used is Z7795875.

TNC are clowns , they have failed to ask for info on 3 dates , applied for info in one case 12mths after the fact using the wring v888/2 *to circumnavigate POFa and are writing to to OP wanting money , when clearly the breach of POFa stops them chasing the registered keeper .

letters need to be sent to relivent authorities regarding this

so clearly breaking DVLA rules by using v888/2 as a private company , and circumventing the 6 mth runout , when they should as BPA ATA members be using v888/3

On form 888/2 they have said their their company is debt collection. There is nothing on this form saying you cant apply for parking charge details after 6 months have surpassed. Also I had 28 days from 16.12.16 to supposedly appeal which I did and have heard nothing off the PPC and TCN are already threatening me with increased charges and litigation. Seems as though Autosec and TCN are colluding.

any company that is registered with the BPA or the IPC must use form v888/3 , no exceptions , this form is scrutinised differently than the others , part of thec KODOE agreement is that they have only 6 mths to get date , they have circumvented this by using v888/2, it does not matter if they write down company details "fish finger packers" , if they are in a ATA for parking they must use v888/3 NOT v888/2




one of Mr Dunfords colleagues Gregory James Evans, would be more than happy to check the legalities if autosec/TNCs activities in this matter

Thanks guys have emailed dunford with my concerns and attached all correspondence from TNC and their 4 parking charge notices and the DVLA reply With the copy of 888/2 to which they allowed these clowns the information they asked for.
