I agree that walking is great for weight loss. Since September 2016 I have lost 45 kg.

34.45 to add for me...........bit of a poor week. Been getting into yoga rather than more energetic classes and really enjoying it but it doesnt really boost your step count so will have to make more of an effort.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... Easy week for me this week due to racing last weekend and again today. So only 29.4 miles done this week.
