For those that count floors / flights of stairs as ascent do you know what each flight is equivalent to?
Just interested to see how it compares.

If people are reporting floors based on fitbit then 1 floor is 10 ft.

After a slightly below par April my stats for the first four months of 2017 show as 93% of target.

Managed 49.05 miles for last week. This week will be a bit short unless I make a real effort to make up for no steps recorded yesterday despite being on my feet all day. My fitbit finally gave up the ghost. We have a spare one as they replaced husbands when his broke so back in action today. :D

Wow Splank!! Thats fantastic. Walking is so good in weight loss. A friend whi I work with has been walking sometimes 30,000 steps in a day and she has lost nearly three stone in less than a year. She is also following a diet plan but it just shows you what good exercise it is.
My walking keeps me at a stable weight but able to eat what I like :D
I swear if I didnt have such a physical job and walk as much as I do, I would be a ten ton tessa. ;)

Well done SplanK! My weight loss is 2lbs for the year, so lets not go there:rotfl:

Total up to 658 miles, so I'm pretty much on course.

I don't own, nor will ever own any scales for that very reason.

I don't have a clue what my weight is and I like to keep it that way
