Again loan was a £400 which she got one too in her name and I deposited the money into the bank at the same time but I do have the loan agreement to show mine was only £400.
If she has a different name to your own, that may be cause for them to believe she was your 'partner'
As for the ID issue. If you're claiming ESA presumably you provided them with identity documents at the time of the claim. Could you use those same details now?
Birth Certificate (full)
Copies of utility bills - from your Dad
NI Insurance Card
Voting Registration Card
Have you ever worked? Do you have copies of P45/P60's ?
Do you have any mobile phone contract?0 -

APR of up to 700%

I've asked her if she has hers and she does and will take it with us. I do think it might be a good idea if I paid them in separately I just found it more convenient to put the money in at the same time while I was at the bank.
I was wondering why only I got a letter, she doesn't have one at all which did confuse me a little bit.
To NYM
She used to have a name different to mine but she changed it around 10 years ago because she views my father as her own because he was the man the essentially raised her and she wanted to have the same last name as her mother and siblings.
My father wont give me any utility bills, he says they're private and have nothing to do with me, I don't even know where he keeps them but I used my bank statement, bank card and birth certificate.
I do have a mobile contract but the account is in my sisters name because I couldn't get credit for it.
To Bogalot.
I know they're not a good idea but my credit rating is very bad and I have no clue how to sort it out, I need separate advice on that I think because the payback on it is £260 so I'm paying back a total of £6600 -

Do you have a local Credit Union you could join?

Taking a family member to the interview sounds a good idea.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
When on the credit union page it asked me what post code I worked in and because I don't work I just put in my home post code and unemployed in the what organization I work for and my nearest is Worthing which is almost 28 miles away and I have no car so no to a credit union.
I think taking my sister would be best because she's closest to me and if it is a bank account issue then she's the other account holder and it'll help her being there.0 -
This is the board you need:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=76
You'll need to post a statement of your incomings and outgoings (there's a link at the top of that page to get the template), and they'll help you from there.0 -
The loan is irrelevant. In all likelihood the issue will be sharing a bank account with someone who lives at the same address as you and also claims benefits, presumably as a single person.
It takes time for the DWP to catch on to these things so you can't read anything into the fact that this has not been an issue until now.

If it was was the bank account I'm curious as to why my sister hasn't got a letter too? Or do they not look at her claim and only mine.0
-
She may in the future, or it may not be relevant to the benefit she is claiming.
It is impossible to say with any certainty until you have the interview.

I guess it's just a matter of explaining she's my sister and showing that's what she is then if that's what I'm called there for. I didn't think a personal loan would have been an issue.0
