The answer to all this is to assume the jobcentre want to see all your bank details and so take in absolutely everything as proof. The loan paperwork too. The £400 going in may have somehow made them think your doing a job, and as you are not it is fine. Just show what you bought with the money and it will be fine. You need to show who your sister is so her details and yours too. It is ok for you to be unsure about money or to not want an account of your own, you have done nothing wrong. I would definitely advise you to take someone with you to the interview, Dad maybe or ask someone from Mind if they can go as you have severe anxiety.Remember when you judge someone, it does not define them ... You define yourself :j0

I've got the loan agreements but no receipts for what it was spent on as the items are not available yet but the money isn't in the bank anymore and shows that it was spent already. I'm curious why they would need to see what it was being spent on especially if it was lots of little things all of which came out of my bank via paypal? I've never been asked what my money was being spent on before.
Dad isn't interested and wont come to the interview with me but my sister is coming and what is Mind? I've never heard of it.0 -
It's a mental health charity. The loan won't be an issue, it's not how the system works. They cetainly don't have access to your day to day bank transactions. That's why they ask for bank statements if they suspect something is a miss.
It's good your sister is going, both for moral support and to help answer any questions that pertain to her.

I didn't even know it existed, my doctor has never told me about it and I've never really had any kind of support. My brother told me they don't have access to my day to day transactions and I have nothing to hide because I haven't worked so I have no problems providing my bank info. Thank you for your help.0

A GP would normally refer you to the community mental health team, or some sort of gateway service. You would be assessed by a specialist mental health practitioner (usually a nurse). They will then refer you to the correct team or service for further assessment and treatment.
If you've not had this referral from your GP then you should ask. Have you looked at medication to help manage your condition? This is where a psychiatrist from the CMHT can help, assuming your GP hasn't been able to come up with a treatment regime that works for you.

I'm taking Citalopram and honestly I haven't felt much different, I'm on the maximum dosage. When I talk to my GP about how I feel and being scared of leaving the house they just gave me a phone number.0

Whose phone number?
Have you called it and see what help is being offered?0 -
I believe the company is called iTalk? I've tried talking to them but I feel so nervous speaking on the phone and the conversation is awkward. It never helps.0
