To me - why bother with commenting to a house viewer/buyer about what your viewpoints are as to whether one likes/dislikes them?
The buyer of my last house and all the other viewers havent the foggiest idea what I think about them/no comments have been made by me/my EA about them.
I told my EA what type of buyer I wanted if possible. My EA agreed with me. That's what we got - end of.
Yep...and my buyer was a household wanting it as a family home. There was the added (very rare in my part of the country) bonus that they were 'x generations local'. But my buyer hasnt the foggiest notion I "approved" of them. Why tell them that?0 -
I think at this stage I'm reading into everything that has been said and done. I find it abit sick that he said he was happy the house was going to a young family despite him knowing we'd be stung on insurance and resale of the property and potentially have future problems for a house which is at the top of our budget.0

Unless your current place is exactly the same as the new one that's a useless comparison to make.0
