I am a tiny bit better, I am back at work tonight and i have said there aint a chance in heck i am coming in the office this week.
Re me my 4 days off were uneventful lol I spent most of it under a duvet going hot/cold/hot/cold or sleeping 12-14 hours my other half came in and thought i was dead at one point as i slept from 1030pm till like 2pm the next day. Bless her she has being brilliant, she had a christening in Wales on Sunday and she didnt leave till 6am Sunday as she didnt wanna leave me and she drove back last night after working during the day at her mums.
re what else I have being upto training hasnt happened for obvious reasons, Covid is great for weight loss I have drop 1.5 kg in a week which is way way too much in my opinion for anyone to lose.
Money wise everything is good I was paid Saturday and all my bills are paid, or I have money sitting in chase savings account for them which I can move over on the day direct debts go out. I use the concept alot of people use with Monzo pots the only difference is Chase pays me 3.85-4.85 percent on my savings Monzo doesnt unless you have a paid for account package.
re additional earnings kerching kerching online clear outs/surveys/ and cashback do all help and do work I have clicked £34.78
Or will soon just from doing online bits and being smart financially digitally.
Surveys I have done a few I clicked £1.25 before work off the Curious Cat app that went straight in and got split between my ef and repay stepchange extra fund.
I have £22.80 in Vinted sales that I need to send off, I sold a biker jacket i bought off Jacamo, and a Superdry coat thats miles to big. I just need to buy a role of packing brown paper then i can get them away.
Top cashback I have a payment on route for £2.49 for some boots stuff the missus bought. This payment is on route via paypal
And Ziffit I have just done a trade for £5.96. I need to package this up and get to an inpost douffer
Chase cashback dropped yesterday £2.20, straight in and paid into EF/Step change repay extra fund
Well thats me done have a good day guys I am off back to bed, night shift one done.

My update
I hate this time of year working nights is hard, i feel so mehhhhh and my mental health is not the best. I need to be super supportive and strong for my o/h but I just dont feel right. I dont know if its stress or mental health but i feel shattered permanently. I am not even training loads I have being say to the gym say 3 times in ten days.
Work is super stressful, my o/h is stressed too bits as we are about to start IVF again. Hopefully next month we will start so we are abit worried and we are trying to do everything right but its hard.
Debts are coming down nice my dmp is at just over 2700-2800 and i have one other family debt. I have just changed the payments to 500pm which has extended my dmp but we wanna ensure we have enough savings for cycle 3 incase this one doesnt work. They say the success rates with IVF go up every cycle but its only still a 30-35 percent chance. Its a pain as its a post code lottery as i have a son so we have to pay for it (6500 pound). We wanna make sure we have enough for 4 cycles we are just shy of having enough for a third cycle if we need it. Our last cycle was in June/July and it was hard, as a guy its still hard and i have the easy bit but i feel powerless if that makes sense. They did recommend on fb a mens support group but so far there are no updates on there page.
Surveys I haven't done many this last week, I dropped 2 quid from storerewards earlier and had a few bits of cashback off chase but thats it really.

Yesterday was a nice relaxing one for me before work, some much needed r/r I did abit shopping all of 8quid spent between asda and home bargains(can you tell its 4 days before payday). Then I went for a sunbed session after being at the gym. I know sunbeds are not great re health but working nights i do find they help my mental health.
Its 525am pitch black, I will be in bed before it gets light, then the way I feel now Ie wrecked I will be lucky if I am up before sunset.
When the clocks change again I hate it.
This week I am a part timer only 3 shifts to do as I am tagging onto to one of Mrs Woman's work trips. We are going to Amsterdam/The Hague and oh yes we both need a break. I dont know if its stress but we have being arguing alot.
Surveys I have done a lot more the last few days I feel a bit more myself. It wasnt loads but yesterday I packeted up a pile of books for Ziffit they are going in the post today and thats 5quid and some change.
I sold a pair of boots i never wear and thats 7quid incoming from Ziffit
And I have being averaging about 2-3 quid pd from qmee/curiouscat
I am abit devastated storerewards is shutting.

I’m all for Xmas but really ? Far too soon 🤣🤣
have your clinic got a support group ? Our clinic did so we could talk to people who ‘got it’Sealed pot challenge 822
Jan - £176.66 :j1 -
Hi Dawny thanks for popping by.
I am all for Xmas too but at least get Bonfire night out the way first.
The clinic we used didnt have any support groups when I asked. They just had an over the phone counselling service. I didnt use them and I should of, this time I do intend using them. It was so hard as friends didn't get it, I had contacted one mate who had being through it we arranged too meet ages before we started IVF and he cancelled on me. We arranged to meet again as we were about half way through the short protocol when it was mega stressy and he cancelled again I haven't spoken with him since. It got my goat as i was a bit of a mess and wanted to vent, and had lost count the number of times i had been there for him.
I am really concerned re starting it again as last time was so hard we argued loads, I didn't cope well and neither did me o/h, we also had issues with a neighbor smoking green stuff constantly but touch wood I have resolved that. I hated how i felt so powerless and we were both in abit when it didn't work as we did everything right. ie no drinking/no vaping/eating like rabbits ie loads of greens/walking loads We blame ourselves a bit and September broke us abit we just dont get it why not us.

I had over the phone help back in March 2020 through work . I haven’t looked back since it helped me enormously. I think because I was at home as well I felt more relaxed. At least try it if it’s free . Hope all ok with you and partner now .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1

I am gonna chat with my other half about it when we are away tomorrow and I am definetly going to do it. We are off to The Hague for 4 days, she has a work conference Wed-Friday so we are going out early.
We need to do something as the stress of it was horrendous and it worries me. I would sneeze the wrong way and it would upset her, her sense of smell was off the chart. I had to go outside to put deoderant on, we switched to all the Simple/Simply fragrance free stuff.
I felt I couldnt do nothing right I bought her flowers to cheer he up one day that didnt work the smell of them made her feel sick. I was trying to focus on her/keep going at work and being honest I was on my knees most of the time.
