This is my second payment of the New Year, £1,400, making my totals:
#79 £1,700/£8,470 20.07%
This is possibly going to go more modestly from now on, a pity to say. But I'll keep chipping away at it.0 -
Woo! Husband got a £1900 tax rebate! And a wedding photography client booked so paid a £500 deposit. Yay!
On the downside, husband is working week to week with no permanent job or any contract, and only random unpredictable shifts being offered. Then I was ill and did my back in on top so he had to take some time off. Plus we need to buy a new mattress as both our backs are really bad and the mattress is awful and nearly a decade old now. Doh.
So ups and downs. And I can't reduce our debt amount this month until we know how much of that £2400 is going on replacing earnings lost and the mattress.
But overall fairly positive.Pay off CC debt by Xmas 2017 #095 £0 of £11,416 :eek:0 -
Hello,
I wasn't going to join this year, everything is so up in the air while we have our flat on the market, paying the mortgage on top of rent down here. We were also hit with a few painful bills last year that mean my debt is higher than ever before
I do miss posting my progress on here so if it's not too late can I join for 2017?
My number last year was 12 but any will do!
I've managed to pay off a little already since Christmas so I'm not starting from 0
