#46 with a payment of £10 please Muppets.....

However, when I logged on this morning to the loan account it was £166.73 less for some reason, no idea how that happened as there were no more payments gone in...must have been an adjustment of some sort (early Christmas present from official secret santa??) ....don't know how to adjust the figure here now......the total outstanding at the moment is £4427.27
I can take the £166.73 off your figures for this year if you like? :)

Hello, pay day has been and gone so I have £100 today to put to my CC. I had hoped to have a little more but I got engaged a few weeks ago so we've had a few celebrations to pay for and I bought my fiance a present, only fair, I got a ring :D

Looking forward to properly knuckling down and getting all this debt (and a bit more to add too) paid off by May next year hopefully and then I can spend a year saving for the wedding!

Well done all - it's been a while since I checked in here, time has flown! I will be carrying on into the new year - having cleared some 6.5k this year, the final 1500 or so is stubborn. Have had a few unexpected bills come up the last couple of months, but the good news is I have paid them all with my debit card rather than adding any debt on. Decembers spare pay is going to go towards a downpayment on a big holiday for next year, so nothing to come off then, but I'm working straight through xmas and the overtime payments will mean that January will be a big pay cheque. Not quite going to make it for 2017, but early 2018 I will have busted this debt at last!

Hi all,I haven't posted much because we've done nothing but spend over the last 6 months--my ancient car had to be scrapped and replaced (we live rurally so decent cars are a necessity to get to and from work), then one thing after another has come to the end of it's life.

At the end of the year the debt is still £12,363 so (excluding 6K for the car) only we've only paid off £4635.39 this year.

Next year I'm hoping to hit it all hard, to be debt neutral by Christmas 2018.

Thanks Muppets for the thread and all your hard work. :T
