Hi, I was on holiday last week so I've been catching up on everyone's progress today!
We have found a buyer for our flat so hopefully by the end of the month we'll have swapped over the keys and no longer have monthly mortgage payments to find on top of our rent down here.
Not taking anything for granted until it's all through though so this month will still be small payments until I can guarantee I don't need the money for the sale.
I'm pleased to have hit the £1000 paid off mark and also 20% though even though it's been a tough start to the year

No # 156 paying another £1281 taking my total to £5646/£13000 (43% ish) can't wait till next month when I will hit 50%!
I'm not managing any additional payments BUT I have started a pension (£400 pcm) am saving up for Christmas (£110 pcm) and am managing to put some money in an emergency pot on the downside my income has also taken a £400 hit so the fact that I am managing to keep up with the current payments is something of a miracle!0 -

Don't know why but today I feel totally overwhelmed by the amount of debt we need to shift, does anybody else ever get like this and how do you deal with feeling this way? thanks x0
