Just checking in while scoffing Easter eggs :D

    #102 £2,094 / £13,000 16% paid

It's gonna be slow moving from now for a long time :(
The car finance doesn't allow for over payments so we have to save all the money up before we pay them off in full.
Fingers crossed it's clear by the end of the year :)
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Famous last words last month about a lean couple of months ahead. Clutch on the car has gone. It's not essential I get this done now, but it will need sorting before July when I am driving down to the South of France for a wedding. It's an Audi and the dealers want £1800. Mr Clutch are a few pennies under £1000. I'm putting some money aside for this, but it will impact my ability to pay down the cards and save money at the same time. Like others, ticking along until payday in a little over a week and will see where I'm at.

This made me refocus!!!! Thank you.
I have my eye on a new sofa which I love......And it has £300 off this weekend......Nearly weakened until I saw your post and it made me realise, what the hell was I thinking of
Just redone my bills spreadsheet to sort my head and finances out. Need to keep going. Will be keeping my eyes out on eBay, hoping someone will ditch a sofa exactly the same :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I can but hopem:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Glad to be of service Leanne :j I managed the weekend without any big spends, we went out to celebrate my daughters birthday but that money came out of a preplanned weekend. I find it really hard to say no to myself when it comes to home improvements - clothes, make up and jewellery etc hold no interest for me but I can get totally carried away with the home x Anyway the fog is lifting and hopefully I am back on track
