Hi all,
i cant see it in the T&Cs regarding a joint account at M&S and one of the people has used the switching offer at M&S already would it still be validated for the switching offer?
the only T&C is this:
You must not have previously held a M&S current
account and used the Current Account Switch
Service, or submitted a ‘Switching your standing
orders and Direct Debits’ form to us or used any
other switching method to switch your banking and
received any switching incentive whether the
accounts are currently opened or closed.
what do you think, i need a joint account soonish and this looks to be the best of the offers (been through alot of switching offers..if its allowed l.)

Normally the rules are sole to sole or joint to joint, not sole to joint.

Is the sole account to be switched in the name of the person who has already had an M&S incentive?0

Sole to joint is allowed with any bank as long as the name is the same. Joint to sole isn't.0
