I was slightly behind my target last year, so this year I'm aiming for a more realistic target of £2652. Which I aim to do with op monthly of £221 fingers x.
Thanks in advanceMortgage free 04/03/2025. Thanks to this site and lots of overpayments bit by bit.
Next stop: house repairs, holiday fund, replace our very old cars, more financial security/early retirement savings.🤞0 -

Hi Hiddenshadow. I made an overpayment yesterday of £43.99. I hope it counts to my target on here, as it's not been credited to the mortgage account yet. Thanks xMortgage: £46,500 @ 1.97% (5 years left, aim for 3)0

Hi there, I'd like to join in again for 2017, I was #90 last year so if that's still available then I'd be glad to keep it!
Will set an initial target of £6,000, though we haven't quite finalised our financial priorities for the year yet, so that may well change (hopefully upwards!).
We're in two minds whether to push towards clearing our mortgage completely over the next 18 months, or whether to continue making moderate OPs and investing the rest of our capital elsewhere. To be determined!
Good luck to all.2021 MFW #130. Target: £300/£25000 -
PS. whatever number I'm allocated, reporting a first OP of £497.19.2021 MFW #130. Target: £300/£25000
