Please can we I join? I'd like to try and overpay £7k this year.
Think we have £292K left having moved in in January 2016 with a mortgage of £302K or something. Have 29 years left.
So long time no update. Down to £252,600. Been some serious overpaying.Original 35 year mortgage: January 2016, £306,000
January 2022 : £198,000 (£30k saving pot split equally between cash and alternative investments)
January 2022: 2x £3k child ISA.0
