  • MFW #121 reporting for December

Only £201.50 paid this month which means my 2017 OP total is £4816.35, just a little shy of my target of £5k but I'm really pleased with getting so close!
Original MF Date January 2035. MF Date February 2022
  • I would like to join

I have 4 parts to my mortgage which are from moving twice and home improvements

One part is at £11,500 so I would like to completely clear that mortgage this year (it is on svr)

    So overpayment target of £11,500

didn't post through the year however did knock my mortgage balance down by £23,267 throughout the year. About £6,650 would have been normal mortgage balance reduction so I make that overpayments of around £16,600

Number 25 here. I sold my house that this challenge was for at the end of December 2017. So technically paid it off but now have a bigger mortgage, which I have a new overpayment target for 2018. Member 25 of 2018 challenge.

Not sure how you want to add this to the spreadsheet. I'll leave it up to you hiddenshadow. Thanks for running this challenge.
Without overpayments: 15 years, 1 monthsBecause of overpayments: 10 years, 10 months left until paid off
