    Morning all!

First EVER mortgage overpayment made. :j First of many. The calculator shows that if I pay this amount every month (more than reasonable), I'll knock 10 years off my 25 year term, but we plan to increase this payment as and when we can.

I can't see my allocated number, as I'm at work and we don't have access to Google docs, so I'll have to update without.

    Welcome! You're #88 :)
  • Hi hiddenshadow

MFW No 86 reporting in with my first OP of the year of £500.

This is more than I had originally expected to OP in January so a slight bonus to start the year off with! :)
