We don't travel until August but I'm already thinking about a possible trip next year!

Has anyone stayed at Mandalay Bay/The Delano, and if so was there much/any airport noise? I like the look of The Delano but we've only ever stayed at City Center so not sure about being so far at one end of The Strip.

We were just at the 4 Seasons (top 4 floors of MB) and had a suite at the front on the 38th floor. There is some noise but nothing to wake you up. You will hear more being outside by the pool. Flights don't start taking off till 6-7am and stop about 11pm.
If you do get an airport view get a pair of binoculars, Flightradar24 and LiveATC apps. Better than looking up the strip
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Just to throw this in, though it's not strictly Vegas related, it's hire car related.

Just did a comparison for a trip to Chicago in July...2-week SUV quotes:

rentalcars.com - £492 (Dollar, and this option includes an extra driver and tank of fuel, it was less without those)

Alamo Brits - £732 (Alamo, of course)

    Netflights - £658 (Dollar)

That's a crazy variance, I think. I checked 3x that all 3 had the same dates/times and they do.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
