I buy a few groupons from the US site, using a fee free Credit card , what issues are you having0 -

I don't use Paypal.
Think I used a Vegas zipcode to get round the credit card issue, not entirely sure as I have had the account a long time but know I have used 89109 in the past0 -

I use my own address up to the state and then use Nevada 89109. That works for me
I think that is the only way to purchase from groupon.com, someone else may come along and advise differently though.
I have bought dozens of groupons without any hassle0
