as long as it's one of the recognisable third party's, you'll be fine. in fact i've used hotel+flights on expedia or ebookers for nearly all our trips abroad

what CC are you trying, maybe thats the issue

agreed (avoid opodo)
Expedia is good...
Opodo Used to be good, until they were bought out, customer service is diar now, and when i was searching for my flights, Opodo came up pricey....

I'm looking for August. Not too fussed on dates but need to be back by 31st August. Probably 7-10 nights

ok a little playing around with google flights, if you want to keep the costs down how about Dub -las return for £408 with KLM going out 23 return 30 Aug, although may be a little too late for you.

I know you want to keep your costs down but business class flights are a good price in Aug from Dub with a choice of dates for £1235 with AA or BA.

Prepare for it to be hot in August

true, I remember on a previous trip in Aug I was sick the last couple of days of the trip, not sure if it was a mixture of the heat, dehydration or the KFC I had eaten the night before;) That was probably the last KFC I will eat.
