    hi

and a big thanks to both bubble113 and photome for the feedback.
thanks for reminding me to red the T+c's i should have thought sorry !
photome- seems you had a good night which is always good to hear when you are considering doing the rewards(or in this case recommending it)
Been trying to get my sisters to come to vegas though- though they do have a bundle of joy each (they have a kid each under 2!)
luckily for them we are gonna help babysit the kids over the weekend when they are down in london

    thanks again for the advice!

No you cant use 2 rewards for the food and drink credit, we tried in november

we ended up using the £25 food and drink at helios and had one of the best steak meals i have ever had we both had surf and turf,
fillet steak prawns and scallops (have never seen prawns as big)

wife used the £25 matchplay on slots and turned it in to £80

I had $50 in super odds chips but only turned them in to £10

all in all it was a great night with a fantastic meal and well worth doing

you can only use 2 rewards a day per person but the MGM rules dont apply.

you have to sign up at the Hippodrome to redeem the reawrds but you can do that on the night , make sure you take ID
Thanks - this has reminded me I'm in London tomorrow, and can give my LP stash a thrashing...

I can't see anything that says I can't get the same reward twice... so $50 in superodds chips (x 2), $100 total... does that seem correct, or do the 2 rewards a day per person have to be different rewards? :)
  • Well, now! It seems the $1 drinks in the casinos might be on borrowed time.

As could be the $20 trick, I'll try and find the link:

So having watched Martin last night, I'm working out the best way to spend in the US. I'm saving up spending money, am i best getting a Halifax Clarity card, spending on that, then using my savings to pay it off when I'm home?

That's an old story from oct last year.

AFAIK it is still only VP at the bar that are affected, it is to avoid non gamblers sitting there which makes sense

Re-read it and it's one per MyVegas account (bit like the Mlife ones IIRC)... so looks like I'll be doing a $50 + $25 chip package... brilliant use of redundant LP's :)
  • does anyone have an email address (rather than phone number) to contact MLife about a room reservation?

Ive managed to email hosts for particular hotels before, even when I've never had a host before. Last one i did was for Luxor:
    https://www.luxor.com/en/casino/hosting-staff.html

Maybe try a host for the hotel you need?
  • I used memberservices@mgmresorts.com and they were able to answer my questions re: MLife/MyVegas reservations. Took about 48 hours to get a reply though.
