Into the last few days of our trip now. Weather has been really hot again, though due to cool down tomorrow for our last day! Was a bit cloudy today, but I was glad of that as it allowed us to sit by the pool for a bit, and we even put an umbrella up today for the first time!!

We've been having fairly early nights. I've not really got into a decent sleeping pattern yet since getting here. Monday we did Mirage buffet (free myVegas). I still don't care for that buffet. The chef station guy made me some pasta which was nice enough. I wouldn't pay the full price for that buffet. Last night we had 2/1 Bellagio, after using some TR points up at Burger Brasserie. Tonight our plan is to just eat at Stir (the small plates at happy hour are nice). We can always grab a piece of pizza later if we're hungry.

Tomorrow we will have a TR buffet - Paris or PH, not quite decided yet. Never done Paris buffet as not sure if it's very veggie friendly. Will be fine for breakfast though. Tomorrow night our plan is to go to Maggiano's happy hour for flatbreads, then an early night as we're up at 4am on Friday to fly home.

We did the Paris buffet in April-It was GROSS!!! That buffet used to be one of the best-it wasn't in April! PH was much better. It had choices for everyone and as a meat eater, the food didn't look like it was still alive unlike Paris

There was a bit of a queue and we decided to walk over to Planet Hollywood instead. My husband thought there was usually a sign with the menu items on it outside and we couldn't see it. Bit of a split decision, but probably for the best!

Am thinking of using Turo for a car as we only need it for a day to get to a golf course, has anyone used them out there?

    TIA

Never heard of them., just googled them and the first car i picked in Vegas had 46 trips against it and more than half of them said owner cancelled just before hire was due to start. I didnt look any further.

personally would rather hire from a rental company.

what savings would you make over say picking the car up at a hire desk in one of the hotels?

Well I'm not sure whether to do Vegas or Dubai next year:o My heart is telling me Vegas, but I like it really hot, but can only afford to go in the easter holidays when it isn't that warm. Also, I'm getting pretty fed up with the jet lag (came back from Orlando on 5th this month and still a bit ropy) :o Dubai I only want to go because of a terrific deal on a very luxurious hotel, vegas for everything. The problem for me though is part of my experience is the Signature which is coming in at £2168 for 10 nights for me and Ds. When we stayed at Excalibur which is coming in at £1453.00 in April, in all honesty there was nothing wrong with it, it's just that the Signature is our go to place and I shouldn't really be spending any more than needed on a holiday next year, lol! What to do :D

Have you tried AirBnB for the Signature? I got a suite through them for a reasonable price back in May for six nights, it might work out cheaper, the people I went through included the dreaded resort fees too.

Thanks Stew, yes, I usually always go through signature rentals direct and they came in at the same but without the dreaded resort fee. But I've booked regardless :D flights are with AA indirects. 10 nights 2-12 April (looking back we did have not days lol)! Woohoo,I'm going back :j

Same here...We are just over a fortnight until we are back in Vegas, and can't get excited about this trip at all.
I also have a lot of other stuff playing on my mind, maybe it's that that's getting in the way of enjoying the trip....maybe it's just time to give Vegas a break for a few years.
