My down fall is my portions but by using smaller plates & bowls this is helping. Old style weightloss is perfect for me. thanks everyone“…the ‘insatiability doctrine – we spend money we don’t have, on things we don’t need, to make impressions that don’t last, on people we don’t care about.” Professor Tim Jackson

Good morning everyone, it's blimmin' freezing here but I woke up with a smile on my face as my darling daughters are all back at school today so I get a whole day without having to listen to squabbling and fighting or the dreaded words drifting downstairs..."I'm telling MUM"
I'm off to town in a minute to get some padded envelopes to post off some DVD's I'm selling on Ebay and then I'm planning to tackle the horror that is my bathroom!
I'm planning to make a pizza for tea but I'm going to start the dough in the breadmaker as my own attempts leave, ahem, "a little to be desired" namely you could probably use them to fill in the many potholes on our road.
Meals today are -Brekkie -Porridge and 2 slices of toast (already wolfed that down)
Lunch - HM soup and crusty baguette
Tea - HM pizza, potato wedges and possibly some salad if I find any reduced in town.
That's about it for now, hope you all have a good day today and wrap up warm if you have to go out!
Love Dumpling
P.S I too have post baby weight to lose from my having my first baby.....but she is now having a baby of her own! Do I win?:D0 -

Blimey, you DO win! I thought I was the only outrageous one when I say that I got 'a bit of a tummy' after the birth of my twins - failing to reveal that they are now 18 years old!
