Morning ladies.
Can't believe sillyvixen has been told she is too fat at size 14! A 14 is a lovely size to be IMO - squidgy and curvy without being, well, fat. Poor you. I'm sure after chrimbo it willbe easier to lose what you need for your health.
frogga - Not much danger of me actually dieting, it's more about damage limitation at the moment.Just want to get some good habits ingrained (the porridge for brekkie is a good one - it really stops those mid-morning hunger pangs where I snack on crap). I still haven't managed to cut out cake altogether tho, but at least it's not every day.
Yesterdays menu:
Brekkie: banana, clementine and porridge
mid-morning: handful of seeds
lunch: coleslaw, boiled egg and roll (and cake)
dinner: cheese/mushroom/leek pasta from the cheapest meals ever thread. (make it with low fat philly-type cheese from aldi/lidl and it is not only cheap but not too calorific either - and lush)2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -

Had a family party last night! didn't eat too much but did have a few naughty nibbles such as a tiny veggie spring roll, onion bhaji, cheese and pineapple, few kettle chips and 2 helpings of meringue and strawberries and cream for pudd! going to try and have a good day today to make up for it! also ate 6 slices of bread yesterday:eek: little ones - wholemeal small loaf so am having a bread free day today.
Am going to get out later for some exercise walking the dogs if DH is upto it, all the shopping we did yeaterday played havoc with his sciatica.
Have a lovely day all.

Ello again everybuddy
Was having quite a good slimming day today roast chicken with lots of veggies for lunch (and of course the good old rubber chicken will be doing tomorrows meals too), hoovered the whole house, even on hands and knees doing along skirting boards so that must be a few calories burnt and I even had oats with half milk/half water for brekky...for our tea I had a nice can of red salmon lined up to make tasty fishcakes...until my teenage son fed it to the dog about twenty minutes ago.
He didn't appreciate the big deal...1) he has messed up my menu planner 2) it cost me nearly two quid  3) salmon's great for slimming.
So I told him his pocket money is now £2 lighter next week...which is making him moan on and on like Victor Meldrew which is irritating my O/H who has started grumbling about "spoilt kids". So everybody is generally miffed off in my house today.
Still...the dogs looking pretty pleased with himself.
Hope you all having a slim-tastic day.

Afternoon ladies :xmassmile Topspot again Frogga, how do you do it  Genia - boys will be boys:doh: I'm having a rubbish day today, woke up with a migraine......it's gone now but medication sends my appetite hay wire  Egg on toast for brekkie, pasta and tomato sauce for lunch then a muffin and 2 mince pies just now. OH has gone to work (he's working all over Christmas) so I'm planning on having a sandwich at tea time or maybe a jacket if I'm really hungry.I have had some exercise, I walked down to Sainsbugs for a few bits and pieces, took me an hour there and back.See you tomorrow girls :xmassign:0

Afternoon all. Been a bit naughty with the nibbles recently but been rushing around a lot to make up for it. I've managed to stay the same weight as well which i suppose is good. Going to pop the roast beef in the oven in a minute (got a nice piece of brisket reduced in tescos the other day) so that should be done for tea when we get back in from tonights carol service. Not sure how many people will be there as its so foggy here I wouldn't be surprised if noone wants to come out. I can't see the field behind our garden and thats only about 20ft away.
MrsM - Happy belated birthday. Hope you had a nice day. It was my grandmas birthday today so we took her a cake in (made by mum), only had a diddy slice tho.
Off to start dinner now.I'm through accepting limits'Cuz someone says they're soSome things I cannot changeBut till I try, I'll never know!0 -
Evening all,
Still rushing around like a blue-a**d fly but things are starting to come together now...haven't managed to get OH the bench for his circular saw which was only thing he wanted, tried to buy him shoes to-day and there was war so I said...ok, nothing for you on Christmas morning and I want to hear nothing about it!
Had 3 blue berry pancakes and a pear for breakfast, then we went to our favourite Chinese for lunch and had prawns with boiled rice and choi sum with oyster sauce....just had water to drink, enjoyed it and now don't need to eat again...well, maybe some hummous with veggies later on.

G'morning Frogga and all you other lovely peepuls.
I am all prepared for tomorrow, so I am hoping for a nice stress free Xmas Eve.
Shall be walking the dogs a couple of times today and I might give the bathrooms a good scrub to burn a few cals.
I have decided to plan my diet everyday and eat nothing else besides, I have to keep my weightloss very structured as I am so disorganised about things.
Today I am having...
B/fast - Oats, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, with raisins and last of soya milk.
Lunch - Veggie soup & toast, banana
Tea - Homemade oven chips, chilli beans and grilled turkey burger.
Snacks - Carrot batons, apple and 2 rice cakes with pate.
Have a grrrrrreat Xmas Eve
Genia X x :snow_laug0
