How can I “reset” everything and “reboot” also i moved the batteries about 6 inches and lost connection with the inverter (it says it in the log) but that was because I unplugged the Ethernet connector while i was moving and then plugged it back in but surely that wouldn’t stop all my grid information ?3kW solar PV, Lux 3600 with 4 Pylontech batteries

No, clamps have not been touched at all and all i literally did was move both batteries about 6 inches to the left of where they where and all i can think is maybe the connected cable is potentially faulty due to being damaged somehow ? But the inverter would say if the connection was not working (show up as a fault) i didnt do anything else and even after resetting everything i just see solar coming in as the exact same as consumption. When I look at my solar production via the Enphase app it says ive produced 4kWh today so far but when I look at the Luxpower inverter it says my total consumption today is … 3.9kWh. There is nothing about import or export from Grid, nothing about battery charging or discharging so maybe I should make a new battery to inverter data cable ?

what’s did that on the web portal or local connect?5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0

? I’ve only ever connected via my web based app and not locally but I suspect it should show the same info ?——-

If the information is getting out correctly5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0

UPDATE ==== So it looks like it might be working as normal again. I basically switched off everything discounted everything reset everything and it now looks like its doing what it should be doing ! as when i look at the Luxpower app now it shows things how they actually are so at least it seems to have resorted back to normal. Of course I then plan on changing my batteries (Aoboet 4.8kWh) for a new Plylontech Array of 12kWh (5x2.4kWh batteries) so I hopefully will get that reporting correctly as all I should have to change is the battery brand on the lux inverter from 7 to 2 (pylontech). Question on my current Aoboet batteries I dont see any kind of earth connection yet on the Plyontech its saying i should add an earth connection ... what happens if I dont ? other than if a live cable lands on the mental case and I touch it and it becomes live and uses me as the earth .... I understand why we fit them (ex royal signals and large Masts having an earth spike driven into the ground) but the likely hood of my batteries becoming live ?

Pylons come with a terminated earth strap so it's no hardship to fit it.4kWp (black/black) - Sofar Inverter - SSE(141°) - 30° pitch - North LincsInstalled June 2013 - PVGIS = 3400Sofar ME3000SP Inverter & 5 x Pylontech US2000B Plus & 3 x US2000C Batteries - 19.2kWh0

I'm surprised Aoboets are certified for use in the UK without earthing.
