@newbuilder that's the DC switch for the solar panels on your hybrid inverter. Starfrog has an AC-coupled inverter that is unlikely to have the same switch.
@Starfrog I know my inverter is a Sofar not a Lux but I have a DC-rated breaker between my inverter and my battery. The Sofar installation manual asked for it.
EDIT: see page 07 of the Lux installation manual, there's a DC breaker in the wiring diagram:

Our installer didn't fit a DC breaker either.
I'm wondering if that applies to non-pylontech batteries ??

Just checking, you seem to have got 'Charge' set to 'Disable' on the screen printout. Nothing will happen if that's the case.

I have no DC switch on my pylontech, didn't see the point as the switch on front kills the voltage (checked with meter) and if it failed I can pop off the DC connectors just as quickly as turning a switch.

Starfrog what does the display say, like 16, 32 etc etc is the wee face happy?
Also did you plug the comms cable into the CAN slot if the first battery in your stack?
Lux won't be happy with it anywhere else
