A global world means global cities and London is one of the best. Maybe one day, the defacto capital of the free world once again.

We are seeing the rise of populism/nationalism though? London is toast :rotfl:

Waited too long? Our equity is £1m more than when you first started telling me to sell. I don't do savings accounts when they don't pay anything (allowing for inflation). I already have plenty in trackers, and after the current sale goes through (April) I will have more in my trackers than I have in investment property!
Thats Crashy's problem he thinks short term fluctuations, ok if prices have fallen by the time you sell you will get less but it will no doubt be more than you paid and you have already received a large amount of rent.

You finances are smelling toasty because of following the crashist agenda.

    London is doing just fine.

A populist US president in power that wants to put the UK at the front of the trade queue is an asset, not a toaster.
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

Rates going up is the toaster, for those with big debts.
  • Problem with that is that robotics steals jobs, it doesn`t create them

Celebrating the 8th birthday of my ultra low mortgage rate is helping me cope with the feelings of dread and fear.

The latest property / Brexit study apparently is predicting property to keep increasing.

Osborne sold you down the river with his predictions.

I wonder how many people voted for Brexit thinking it would help first time buyers?
