No, if you look online there is an option right at the top above the 2 for £20 offers etc so you can choose a mix and match of whichever bits you need of their service0

thanks.
we already have sky in the bedroom as well, otherwise we would have done that.

You get free anti-virus software , but its rubbish , best to stick with Norton .
Unfortunatly the free software is also not compatable with Vista if you have that so you will need something else.0 -
thanks. i will stick with what i have. at the moment there is the regular norton anti virus 2007 on it but i think that is for a limited time. i will install the norton 360 when that runs out.0

Beware of slow conenction speeds. Ours is painful and feels like a 56k modem. We've paid for 8MB so I phoned them up to look into this. They sent me to BTs proper speed testing site:
http://speedtester.bt.com/
It returns 412k. Virgin put their speeds below:
100kps or more - acceptable on 512kbps products
200kbs or more - acceptable on 1Mb products
400kbs or more - acceptable on 2Mb, 4Mb & 8Mb products
GREAT!
Pay for 8MB, get 400k (1/20th)and VIrgin say this is acceptable.
I'm moving supplier!0
