Gemini Parking Solutions Parking fine - Reading Rivermead

No need for the "can't you see that?" though.
Ever so slightly arrogant.
To spell it out for you, why would you want the other side to have the advantage of seeing you come here, what you say (and many do incriminate themselves by saying things like "I parked and got a ticket" etc, and why let them know what advice you are given)0 -
Thanks for you're help but using this forum has made me feel like I'm at school and getting told off.
I was hoping this was in place to help people like me who have no experience with dealing with parking fines. Not a place to get scolded.0 -
You are getting helped! You have been advised about your name. You have been told where to get chapter and verse on how to go about the issue, what to write, and also about complaining.
You also been told you haven't got a "fine"!0 -

Don't be concerned, there are many great people on here who will give you the best advice.
Coupon-mad being one of them and no doubt she will be along shortly.
I know Rivermead and fail to see why they are using a PPC given their location.
Anyway, you need to find out who is the landowner and find out if Reading Borough Council planning have given permission for their signs.
Also, the location of the signs and what they say, getting your own pictures would be good.
If you have a membership with Rivermead why not ask them to cancel it, they have the power to do so.
So, that's a few things to get done then come back here0 -
frankly , you are back at "school" , like most newbies that post on here , hence you are being educated , and are not alone , man up and deal with it !!
same as this other thread I posted help and advice in

Can we rewind? Reality check:
- it's only Gemini
- they always give up at POPLA appeal stage when faced with the forum POPLA templates.
- post #2 already answered your question which was already covered in the NEWBIES thread.
I can never understand why newbies say they've spent hours trawling through the forum rather than merely reading the advice at the top, one thread which already has your first appeal in it:
Sticky: **NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!
Yes, Parking firms read these forums but this is merely Gemini, at first appeal stage. Easy. No need to reinvent the wheel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
