A major revelation occurred this morning, (I know I can be a bit slow at times since taking up this retirement lark:rotfl:) but who knew that if you leave the body butter in the warmest part of the bathroom near to the radiator, rather than close to the colder window area, it rubs in easily and absorbs quickly, thus enabling me to get dressed soon afterwards, skin looks so much better than not using it at all:o

I'd never even thought of this! I'll have to move where I keep mine!

I've some INs to declare which I received from a Body Shop party. Four things will go straight out as part of Christmas presents. I also received Frosted Berries Shower Gel, Frosted Berries Body Scrub, Hemp Face Protector, a lip gloss and an eye shadow. I've also added some items to the PP list that I found are starting to use up - 2 lip balms (they always seem to last forever for me).

If I could splurge on some really expensive stuff then I would, but I have no money and I've taken the day off work to go and see him

My Little Beauty Skin Tint - WNBA even if I could (this is from a French sub box and they sell replacements but only ship in France), it is a pink tint and makes me look flustered. I used it as a moisturiser when going cycling/running first thing in the morning.

gemma, I am very sorry to hear that you grandfather is not doing well.


i used up a small bottle of rose water.
I hit pan on the lancome primodial moisturizer. It is nice but I would not buy it again. Soon it will be finished.
Hit pan on another naked 2 shade. The fall down is terrible. I will never buy a big pallet again as there is too much wastage.

Last few squirts of the guerlain serum. I love this product but the cost is too high. my skin looks great and this has lasted 2 years of sparingly applying it when the skin is very bad. It feels like botox in a jar.

Hit pan on the two benefit concealers= no chance of being finished by Christmas but soon.

trying to simplify my life i have keep out just the items i want to finish. it seems to be going down the stash as i was using a suit case for the excess and not it is a drawer in a bedsit table.
