No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries December 2016

One last UU for December:

Lush Snow Fairy shower gel sample I'm undecided on this. When I smelt it in store, it was a bit to sweet for me, but I got a sample in an online order, and when I used it in the shower, it was quite pleasant. I have a 100g bottle of this out of a gift set I got for Christmas, but I don't know if I would necessarily purchase it.

I'm going to count up my UUs and INs for December

I don't think I'll be buying anything in January, hopefully just necessary items, but I do have a gift card for Lush and I'll be going shopping the day before my birthday, so I may be tempted to buy something. I'll try to resist as much as possible.

Having had to spend a lot of time at home through illness in the last 2 years I have indulged and enjoyed buying rather expensive skin care and really updating my make up (never too old:D). I am responding well at present to treatment for two non life threatening, but forever conditions that left me with pain and low energy, but am hopeful that I will be getting out and about far more and will need the toiletries funds for experiences and nice meals out :money::rotfl:

Lovely Christmas INs ladies! I escaped other than a Mac blusher which I bought for myself.

My year end totals are:

INs - 119
OUTs - 132! - of which 33 were TA

I plan to stock take tomorrow. Most of the horrible things have gone from my stash and many of the INs this year have been sample sized (including 24 advent calendar items). Although I have a bit of a backlog of nail varnish and lipstick. I'm feeling like I've started to get things under control, particularly in my previous weaknesses of body butter, shampoo and shower gel.

Happy New Year to you all when it comes. I will be seeing it in in my sparkliest nail varnish (Revlon Gold Coin)

My last UU of 2016:

Marks & Spencer Nature's Ingredients Aloe Vera Shower Scrub 250ml - This was pretty effective - grainy enough without being abrasive. WMBA. Have plenty of scrub left in the stash to use up.

INs (late Christmas present): 3xTBS items - Vanilla Chai Sugar Scrub, Vanilla Chai Body Butter and Vanilla Chai Body Spray.

That takes me to 211 UU for the year when I add toiletries and makeup together. However I'm not sure how many INs I've had. I won't go mad in the January sales this time though so hopefully that will keep the stash down. Got a few more which are almost used up so January should get off to a good start.
