What older cars do you notice on the road

I was in Bulgaria over the summer and I kept seeing Ladas, a boxed shape Vauxhall (Opel) Corsa and my favourite was the Nissan Sunny. My grandparents had a sunny when I was younger and it seemed weird seeing one still going because we don't really see them over here anymore!
My mum's cousins own a 1953 AEC truck that they take to shows and things0 -
What I liked and still like to this day, is well, they're kind of nice looking. They're shaped a bit like a Rover SD1, but with more defined edges.
I nearly considered buying one a few years ago, until I realized how prehistoric they are inside. Other cars of that age don't quite feel as old inside. The Xm feels and looks (internally) like it was made in the 1970's.
What is all this about:
Look no handbrake.0 -
I am in Spain and am regularly surprised by Rover 75s.0

Still plenty of them in England. Wolf in sheep's clothing aren't they?0 -

Until 2014 our old neighbour used to drive a pre WW2 Buick and Austin 7 around, with a comparatively recent 1978 Austin Maxi as his daily. Lovely old retired military guy, just liked cars and messing about with them. Saw the Maxi a month or so ago.
On the morning commute I regularly go past a 90's Clio, a couple of Saxos and a guy driving what must be one of the last Lada Niva's still going.
Only one of the Saxo's now, after I saw it in a tree this morning in the fog. Having owned a Saxo myself and knowing how they crumple when breathed on, that one ain't coming back.0 -
I was following a MK3 Astra today in showroom condition with a dateless (NN LLL) numberplate. Did the obligatory MOT history check (as you do) on the gov.uk site and it turns out is was registered in 1993 and does less than 1000 miles a year. Winner! :cool:0

My next door neighbour has an immaculate R reg Peugeot 106, he's had it from new, now passed on to his daughter who is learning to drive.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

A few weeks ago I saw not one, but two Ford Capris in the same day within the space of a couple of hours, they were definitely different cars, one was gold the other blue. What are the chances, eh!Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
