umm yes , and even if you loose they will not attempt court
however I think they will pull out of POPLa to save £270 -
no idea why you said "what shall I do now?" - its obvious what you do now !
so find , read and use a recent popla appeal for LUTON airport (or amend a BHX Birmingham Airport one) and submit it to popla
its mainly , copy and paste , proof read , amend the draft , then change the save to a pdf and upload to POPLA choosing OTHER and attaching it0 -

A case was reported as won in 'POPLA Decisions' only today so please cut out the question marks and just read what's right here already on the forum! Come off this thread and read what to do.
