Use the 'in blue writing' appeal template in the NEWBIES thread, that's what it's there for (DO NOT COPY IT HERE PLEASE). You won't be posting a letter anyway, not snail mail. Of course that's what you submit to APCOA.
Second time of saying the same thing...we don't need it copied here nor a link, thanks!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi
I hope you all are fine. Just wanted to know that I appealed against the pcn but I haven't heard anything from them It's been like 2 months now. It's just me or with everyone appealing against the pcn???0 -
probably cancelled and they have not informed you (too embarassed or overworked)
come back to this thread if you get anything at all in the next 6 years0 -
Hi
I hope they have cancelled the ticket.
Thank you very very much for the help and support I have received from the forum.
And if I get anything back will let you know.
Thanks0 -
If you think that they contacted the DVLA without due cause you can sue nder the Data Protection Act. Courts have awarded up to £750.

hi
i have received a letter from the deb recovery people and they are asking for 130 pounds. but i have not received any letter of rejection for the appeal i made. just need to know what should i do now?0 -
you complain to the BPA at aos@britishparking.co.uk and enclose unredacted copies of ALL paperwork, including your appeal and anything from apcoa , plus a COPY this debt collector letter as well
complain that no popla code has been issued and they are in breach of the BPA CoP due to not putting the invoice ON HOLD pending their review of your appeal as KEEPER , nor have they got back to you in the required 35 days
ignore the numpty DEBT COLLECTORS
the newbies thread does tell you about complaing to the BPA (their trade body) - so please do so, by email , ASAP
the admin at apcoa is diabolical , or worse0 -
hi
yes i am going to do that.
thanks0 -

Did you post it and keep proof of posting? Or online appeal and kept a screenshot as proof?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
