TSB Link - Cannot complete application

in Budgeting & bank accounts
I have been trying to apply for a TSB bank account, but as soon as I fill in the first page and press next, it goes to a generic TSB web site and I cannot continue and complete the application process. I tried many times in the past week.


Has anyone else encountered the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

    Customer service, by phone, people usually help with online applications. I've been helped twice by two different institutions.

    Thanks a lot PeacefulWaters. I had tried different browser but I hadn't thought about clearing cookies and browser history. This made a difference and I have just completed my application!
    I should have posted in this forum before. I love you all. So great that you all took time to respond. Much appreciated.
