    What information is she telling?

    Who is she telling?

    How do you know this?

So this person is telling everyone of your financial position ?
    Correct ?

Why is she telling everyone of your financial position ?

If it is correct then you should complain to Barclays maybe.

If you are a Barclays customer, and your neighbor is a Barclays employee, and for whatever reason they see fit to break the data protection act, with regard to your personal information, then you should write to Barclays and make a formal complaint.

It might help first if you can disclose the real nature of the relationship here, is this, a friend who has betrayed your trust, or just someone out to tarnish your reputation for profit (by blackmail) or just for the hell of it ?

If she is accessing your details at Barclays without a business need, she will probably lose her job if it's proved that what you say is correct . Make a complaint to Barclays, they will investigate it. If she's not accessing your details and it's just gossip, prepare yourself for a showdown.
