Hi dazzaofdagenham
So we can take a look into this for you, please contact us via email.
To access the form you'll need to enter the code WRT135.
As well as stating your query in the question box, please also quote "MSE Forum".
Once sent, you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post it on here and we'll check we've received it.
Thanks,
Mark

How long does this reference number take to. Come through....checked junk and spam folders as well..0 -
And Vodafone have blocked outgoing calls on my ones
Fan...bloody...tactic0 -
How do I make the form work for the web relation team ?
Is there some kind of special formatting I need to do, because I've done it twice and nothing is happening0 -
Never had to test it myself but I have heard its easier to get the money from Vodafone than have to deal with getting you credit history corrected due to a direct debit being cancelled.
No they shouldnt be allowed to bill random amounts but this is Vodafone, Ive not seen as many threads about any 1 network detailing issues with the service etc.
How long is left on your contract ? Id leave as soon as its due to end.
Got 2 months left on a SIM only deal, that's a good number on that so I may well get a PAC and take number elsewhere.0 -

Tried twice to fill in that form, but I get nothing back...
Can't understand what I'm doing wrong0 -
If you check back on the main thread I put an external email on there a few pages back. I'm sure it's not you; I've had it happen to me more than once and so have many others. Might be your browser or could be them, but not that unusual, unfortunately.0

Hi dazzaofdagenham,
You'll need to make sure you're adding WRT135 in the routing code box, this will direct the email through to the Credit team.
Please check your spam/junk folder, it may have popped into there.
Thanks,
Carly
