    How long does this reference number take to. Come through....checked junk and spam folders as well..

    No they shouldnt be allowed to bill random amounts but this is Vodafone, Ive not seen as many threads about any 1 network detailing issues with the service etc.

    Got 2 months left on a SIM only deal, that's a good number on that so I may well get a PAC and take number elsewhere.
  • The only thing worth doing is to follow the constant advice on the main Vodafone complaints thread to contact the WRT. All else is liable to be a waste of time (at best) or more likely make it worse (as with cancelling the direct debit).

    Tried twice to fill in that form, but I get nothing back...

  • If you check back on the main thread I put an external email on there a few pages back. I'm sure it's not you; I've had it happen to me more than once and so have many others. Might be your browser or could be them, but not that unusual, unfortunately.

    You'll need to make sure you're adding WRT135 in the routing code box, this will direct the email through to the Credit team.

    Please check your spam/junk folder, it may have popped into there.
