fruit loaves
bounty balls (GC recipe)
fairy cakes/victoria spoinge cakes
sticky date slices
scones
nana cake
carrot cake
chocolate tiffin/rocky road
crispy cakes
top hats (marshmallows dipped in choc with smartie on top)
weetabix cake (GC recipe)
twinks (GC recipe)
gingerbread mean
iced fingers (GC recipe)
Thats all I can think of for now.

Well today i made a sponge cake with jam and butter cream filling for Oh lunch box and a date and walnut cake for work
I am always being asked to make flapjacks, but the thing is i keep eating them too!! I do Twinks Hob Nobs, Weetabix loaf, yoghurt cake, Millies cookies (yummy with chocolate and hazelnuts), gingerbread biscuits, fairy cakes or sponge cake with jam in the middle and icing/coconut on top.
I must make those drop scones, I have my Nans old girdle pan here, when I was a kid we used to make drop scones on it.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -

I make flapjacks, fruitcake, coffee and walnut cake, chocolate cake and hobnobs on a regualr basis. LOVE making cakes particularly if I can find a good recipe!0

I mostly make : Cherry muffins and carrot cakes
but i do every now and then make Pineapple muffins, peanut butter cookies and cherry scones.
the cherry muffins never last long with me around as i love them , and the kids love the carrot cakes they go mad for them, made some of both today so i have a muffin to take to work with me tomorrow for my first day of new job, and the kids will have a cake to take to school in their lunches when they start back to school on Thursday!I love War Of The Worlds:heart2:

Recipe pleaseI have just bought one of these Lakeland trays and would like to try a recipe first that definately works in this size tin. The fact that its a recipe for brownies is an added bonus
