I make Twink's hobnobs, sometimes dipped in chocolate and sometimes plain. I also make a mars bar and rice krispie cake and sometimes a victoria sandwich. I'm going to try the maltesers cake next, as i looooove maltesers.
I also love cooking and baking, I just hate washing up!Cymru am Byth!0 -

I know that Tru has posted a link, but if you just google "twinks Hobnob recipe" it's the very first link to come up.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -
Hi everyone
I have been looking on the net for an hour or so and can't find any good recipes at all for homemade junk food.
Basically me and OH have got a bit of spare money from his dad buying his much loved recliner off him and most of it is going to debt etc but I'm going to buy a dvd and wanted to bake some goodies to eat instead of buying ready made things at Tescos.
Just looking for some simple cakes etc to make, but our kitchen is pretty basic, don't have a rolling pin or electric whisk but have a normal one.
I can't see any threads on here that have things like this, can anyone who is a bit better OSer than me help?
thanks

Well, if you have made a cake from good ingredients, then it won't be junk food will it?!!;)
Try searching for 'easy cakes' or 'simple bakes' instead.
The Jamie Oliver website is a good place to start. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
I don't mean junk food as in unhealthy, just some yummy things to eat whilst watching dvds.
Couldn't think of the right phrase!
The real problem is I don't know what I'm looking for!
Will try the Jamie Oliver site, thanks xxx0 -
I know you said cakes but junk food in my mind is a burger. We do a junk food and DVD night sometimes with homemade burgers in a bun with all the trimmings and then microwave popcorn. Good for the soul once in a while!0
