do not "ignore" BW LEGAL

always reply and refute their claims

same as the dozens and dozens of similar threads on here

if its an airport, then again refute and rebut their claims as airports are covered by byelaws and after 6 months any claim "times out"

at the moment VCS and BW LEGAL havent dared risk an airport claim in case their house of cards comes tumbling down

just put BW LEGAL into the forum search box and read about 20 similar threads on BW LEGAL, especially any airport ones like JLA

the replies are the typical short and sweet GAN letters and have been reproduced on here many , many times already in the last 6 months

as I said , they had 6 months to try a byelaws action in the magistrates court , but are trying to sc@m thousands of people by issuing parking charges on roads , the 6 month deadline has passed and POFA2012 does not apply on airport land anyway

if the RK hasnt contacted anyone , they should send the IPC template letter to BW LEGAL, or to VCS and to BW LEGAL

then every time BW LEGAL , reply , rebut their allegations with template replies from the other threads on here

if VCS every try a court case, it will be helped by many people from a fighting fund set up to fight the airport cases (similar to the business park ones) - so you would ask for help if an MCOL from Northampton drops on the doormat

Sorry i have no understandings of traffic law at all, it's the first letter from BW Legal what's my next step?

This has nothing to do with traffic law. It is a private parking charge that occurred on land that is covered by Byelaws.

You should write to the PPC, and BW Illegal telling them that since the land is not relevant under the POFA 2012, and is covered by Byelaws, it is now statute barred so any further contact from them other than a cancellation will constitute harassment.

You should also complain about BW I to the SRA.
