You need to read the NEWBIES FAQs thread and search the forum for 'BW Legal' as your thread is exactly like a hundred others so you should read them! NO-ONE PAYS!!!
And stop taking advice from the CAB and solicitors who are very clearly, clueless.
Please don't ask for 'the next step'. The next step is to read other threads. We can't keep repeating the same thing, the info is already here. Make sure any response you prepare for the registered keeper, is in their name. NOT the driver's name, not your name.
