dodgy mot
Hi. There is a car parked on our street which hasn't moved for a good 18 months. I checked online last month and the vehicle had a mot (1 month left) and road tax.
I then again checked when the mot ran out the next day and was surprised to see it had a new 12 mot on the vehicle check base..
I know the car hasn't been moved because it has 4 flat tyres as before and oil leak directly below.
How would i go about reporting this and to whom.
thanks

Does the new MOT have any advisories and if the car hasn't moved then is the mileage on the current MOT the same as the last one?0 -

Because it's passsed another test. Not rocket science and not really anything to do with you. As said if has tax, insurance and an mot, its legal. Police and council will tell you the same.0
